About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Sales Head to lead our Solar Rooftop Business under PM Surya Ghar Yojana in Odisha. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in sales, operations, channel management, government liaison, banking coordination, project execution, and P&L management. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, appointing and managing channel partners, DSAs, installation/service partners, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving state-level revenue and profitability targets.
